Frequently asked questions
Do I need a credit card to start my trial?
No. You can start your 14-day free trial with just your email and company name. We'll only ask for a card when you pick a plan at the end of the trial.
What happens when my trial ends?
You'll get reminders a few days before your trial ends. When it does, you can pick a plan to keep using Sollos, or your account pauses. Your data stays safe for 30 days either way.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated for the current month). Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
What counts as an employee?
Anyone on your team who has a login to Sollos — owners, managers, and cleaners. Freelancers on your freelancer bench do NOT count as employees, since they don't have Sollos logins.
What if I have more than 25 employees?
That's what Enterprise is for. Reach out at sales@sollos3.com and we'll set you up with a plan that fits your size and needs.
Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
Nope. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime from your account settings — no phone calls, no retention tricks.
Can I export my data if I cancel?
Absolutely. You can export everything — clients, jobs, invoices, timesheets — to CSV anytime, even before you cancel. When you do cancel, you have 30 days to export before your data is deleted.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes, contact us for annual pricing and we'll give you 2 months free (pay for 10, get 12).
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your data is stored encrypted, isolated from every other company on the platform, and backed up daily. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
Do you integrate with QuickBooks / Xero / Stripe?
Stripe is already built in for accepting payments. QuickBooks and Xero integrations are on our roadmap. Enterprise plans can request custom integrations.
